Breitling’s all-purpose watch, for every pursuit! The Chronomat has a significant place in Breitling’s history. In 1984 the Chronomat was introduced. At the time, ultra thin quartz watches were popular, but Breitling made a bold move by producing a mechanic watch with impressive dimensions. Based on the Frecce Tricolore chronograph (co-designed with the world famous Italian Air Squadron), this Chronomat marked the comeback of the mechanical chronograph. This watch was tough enough for the cockpit but elegant enough to be worn off duty.
