The name of this watch is a tribute to the Venetian submarine Nereide. It was built in 1913, in the Royal Arsenale, commissioned to engineer De Bernardis during the First World War. The watch recalls the design of the submarines from this time, and bears a pressure of 20 bar. On the back of the watch you can see the Nereide. If you look closely, it is as if you are standing on the deck of the submarine.
The bezel is made out of hard, corrosion-resistant ceramic. The ceramic bezel is unaffected by ultraviolet rays, seawater or chlorinated water.
